Job Description

HGV Class 2 Drivers – South Yorkshire

HGV Class 2 (C) Drivers Wanted – South Yorkshire
£15 – £18 per hour | Ad-Hoc | Long-Term | Temp-to-Perm

Winner Recruitment are looking for experienced HGV Class 2 (C) Drivers for a range of clients across South Yorkshire, including Barnsley, Sheffield, Rotherham and Doncaster.

We have a variety of opportunities available, from ad-hoc shifts and regular ongoing work through to long-term and Temp-to-Perm positions.

The Roles

Depending on the client, work can include

  • General Class 2 driving
  • Multi-drop deliveries
  • Local and regional deliveries
  • Builders' merchant deliveries
  • Collection and delivery work
  • Tipping and skip work
  • Day and night driving
  • Customer-facing delivery work

What We're Looking For

  • Valid HGV Class 2 (C) licence
  • Valid CPC qualification
  • Digital Tachograph Card
  • Previous Class 2 experience preferred
  • Good knowledge of drivers' hours and WTD regulations
  • Reliable and professional approach
  • Good communication skills
