Are you looking for an exciting Early Years Practitioner role in a unique learning environment based in Surrey? We are currently seeking an Early Years Practitioner to join an exceptional and unique nursery setting in Weybridge, Surrey. This role is a permanent position on a full-time basis. The nursery is dedicated to shaping young minds and revolutionising early childhood education in the UK. They provide exceptional care and nurturing environments that make a real difference in the lives of all the children. We are looking for candidates who are wanting career progression.

Successful applicants will be required to undergo an enhanced DBS check and provide satisfactory references, including one from their most recent employer.
Early Years Practitioner Duties:- Provide a high standard of care and education to all children
- Follow the EYFS framework and LEAP programme
- Provide a safe, caring and stimulating environment for the children
- Strong communication with parents, professionals and colleagues
- Be responsible for assessing and reviewing the children’s development
- Implement an effective key person approach
- Provide an enabling indoor and outdoor environment
- Maintain and update personal records for each individual child
- Ensure the safety and welfare of all children is maintained
- Coordinating with the Room Leader and Senior Team to deliver outstanding education experiences through practical and theoretical activities
- Full and relevant level 2 or 3 (or above) childcare qualification
- At least 12 months experience working in an Early Years setting
- Comprehensive safeguarding and child protection policies and procedures
- The ability to build strong, nurturing relationships with parents and children
- A passion for childcare and child development and making a difference to the community
