As an Afternoon shift Warehouse Operative, you will be responsible for loading and unloading vehicles, sorting and scanning of parcels into cages/collars. This is a great Temp-to-Perm opportunity with a successful 12-week service period, offering competitive rates of pay starting at £12.71 per hour. The operation is open 7 days a week, and we can accommodate any days of work that suit you. You can choose to work part-time or full-time. The choice is yours, just let our friendly team know your availability on registration, and we can take care of the rest to ensure this job fits in with your lifestyle. This role is physically demanding.

An Afternoon shift Warehouse Operative's rate of pay is as follows:

  • £12.71 per hour
  • Shifts usually start between 11:00 and 17:00

Your duties as an Afternoon shift Warehouse Operative will include:

  • Unloading parcels from a trailer
  • Placing parcels onto a conveyor belt
  • Scanning and sorting of parcels with handling/lifting of items of all sizes and weight
  • Working efficiently and effectively as part of a team
  • Ensure scanning with the use of the handheld terminal is completed accurately
  • Accurate completion of any relevant paperwork
  • Keeping work areas clean and tidy
