The Opportunity
Our client is a well-established Property Services and Maintenance provider, delivering a range of planned, reactive and maintenance services across the Midlands. Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint an ambitious and commercially focused Business Development Manager to help drive new business, develop existing relationships and identify opportunities within the social housing, property services and commercial sectors.
This role would suit an experienced Business Development Manager with a background in social housing, property maintenance, repairs & maintenance, facilities management, construction or building services who understands the requirements of housing associations, local authorities and commercial clients.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify, develop and secure new business opportunities across property services, repairs & maintenance and facilities management
- Focus on opportunities within the social housing sector, including housing associations, local authorities and registered providers
- Develop additional opportunities across the commercial property and facilities management sectors
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, procurement teams and key stakeholders
- Identify upcoming tenders, frameworks and contract opportunities
- Lead and support the preparation of PQQs, tenders, bids and proposals
- Develop and implement business development strategies
