Site Lead Teacher

Key Responsibilities: – Deliver engaging and tailored individual and small-group lessons across a broad and balanced curriculum. – Oversee the progress and development of learners as the lead teacher at an assigned site. – Create and implement schemes of work and lesson plans tailored to individual learner needs. – Collaborate with multi-agency teams to provide a safe, supportive, and inclusive educational experience. – Ensure safeguarding and health and safety procedures are strictly followed. – Monitor and assess learner progress, completing reports and contributing to education, health, and care plans. – Advocate for young people and their families, promoting involvement in educational decision-making.
