An established engineering manufacturer is seeking an experienced Press Brake Setter / Operator to join their fabrication team. This is a long-term opportunity offering stable day-shift hours and regular overtime.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up press brakes daily using the correct tooling for each job
- Safely operate press brake machinery
- Select appropriate tooling for varying components and materials
- Inspect machines and report any maintenance issues
- Accurately read and interpret technical engineering and folding drawings
- Maintain high standards of quality and workplace safety
What We're Looking For
- Previous press brake setting and operating experience (essential)
- Ability to work confidently from technical drawings
- Reliable, punctual and hardworking
- Strong team player with a flexible approach
- Willing to work overtime during busy periods
What's On Offer
- £15.00 – £17.00 per hour, negotiable based on experience
- 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
- Overtime paid at time and a half and double time
