Your Role
- Operate reach forklifts confidently to move, stack, and organise various goods
- Load and unload deliveries with precision, ensuring zero damage
- Carry out regular equipment checks and maintain compliance with health & safety protocols
- Keep your workstation tidy and efficient to support smooth warehouse flow
- Work collaboratively to hit team targets and daily KPIs
What We’re Looking For
- A valid REACH forklift licence
- Previous experience in a warehouse/distribution setting (preferred)
- High attention to detail and a safety-first mindset
- Good team player with the ability to stay motivated independently
- Physical fitness to comfortably manage active warehouse tasks
