Winner Education are working with a well-established primary school who are seeking a caring, enthusiastic, and dedicated Reception Teacher. This is a full-time position within a Reception class, supporting children at the start of their school journey and helping to create a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Plan and deliver engaging, play-based learning in line with the Reception curriculum
- Support children’s learning, development, and emotional wellbeing
- Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive classroom environment
- Observe, assess, and track pupil progress in line with school expectations
- Work closely with staff, parents, and the wider school community
What We’re Looking For:
- ECTs and newly qualified teachers are strongly encouraged to apply
- Recent experience in a Reception or primary classroom setting
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or pending QTS
- A nurturing, patient, and creative teaching approach
- Strong communication and classroom management skills
