WINNER are working with a fantastic design agency who, due to expansion, are looking for a Project Manager to lead and drive their projects across the business. Our client is dynamic and pride themselves on adopting innovation and ideas. This role will require a strong awareness and skill set within the digital sector as the client has identified this as their biggest growth area. In addition, you will have experience in delivering high-end projects from inspection to completion.
As a Project Manager, you will be the driving force behind a variety of client-facing projects, ensuring they are delivered seamlessly from brief to execution. Working closely with the Account Managers, you will be the bridge between clients and our internal teams, including design, digital, print production, warehousing & storage, and the mailing house.
You will manage multi-channel campaigns that blend offline and digital—from direct mail and printed materials to landing pages, e-commerce activations, and social-led PR campaigns. You will need to be proactive, organised, and a natural problem solver—keeping projects on track, on budget, and exceeding client expectations.
Key Responsibilities:- Own and drive projects from start to finish, ensuring seamless execution.
- Work directly with clients, keeping them informed, aligned, and excited about their projects.
- Collaborate with Account Managers, translating client briefs into actionable project plans.
- Liaise with internal teams across creative, digital, print, fulfilment, and logistics to bring projects to life.
- Manage timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring everything stays on track.
- Identify potential challenges before they arise and find solutions.
- Ensure that every project reflects high standards of creativity and quality.
