The predicted salary is between 24804 - 30316 £ per year.
We are currently recruiting on behalf of one of our leading manufacturing clients based in Coleshill. This will be a direct permanent role working Monday – Friday on rotating shifts.
We are looking for experienced production operatives who have at least 2 years recent experience working within a factory or manufacturing facility for this role.
General Duties:
- Machine operating and machine minding
- Assembling of various size components and parts
- Quality inspecting and final visual inspection of parts
- Packing items into boxes ready for despatch
- Following instructions from drawings and job information
- Following and updating production information and job specifications
- Working to and achieving set production KPIs
- Stock and inventory checks
- Quality Checks on items
- Itemising parts where needed
- Recycling and general waste management
Experience required:
- You will need to have a minimum of 2 years recent experience working within a factory or manufacturing environment
- You will need to have machine operating experience
- You will need to have assembly and production experience
- Be able to quality inspect all products and have good attention to detail
- You must have good communication both written and verbal English skills
