Winner Recruitment is sourcing an Industrial Cleaning Operative to join a specialist cleaning team across retail sites nationwide, including cover to Cardigan and Bristol/Gloucester. You will perform external and industrial cleaning tasks, operate pressure washers, clean high-level surfaces, and carry out light grounds maintenance.
A two-person team approach and safety at height training are provided. The role is full-time with a £30,000 base salary plus a quarterly bonus (OTE £32,000-£34,000)
