Winner Education are working with a well established nursery who are seeking a caring, enthusiastic, and dedicated Early Years Teacher. This is a full time position supporting children within the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), helping to create a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment that supports early development.
What You’ll Do:
- Plan and deliver engaging, play based learning in line with the EYFS framework
- Support children’s learning, development, and emotional wellbeing
- Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive classroom environment
- Observe, assess, and track children’s progress
- Build strong relationships with children, parents, and staff
What We’re Looking For:
- Recent experience working as an Early Years Teacher
- Strong understanding of the EYFS framework
- QTS or equivalent teaching qualification
- A nurturing, patient, and creative approach
- Strong communication and classroom management skills
