Salary: £27,000 (DOE) + Bonus
Job Type: Full-Time (37.5 hours per week)

We are looking for an Onsite Operations Coordinator to support the day-to-day delivery of recruitment and workforce operations at one of our key client sites. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and ensuring operational excellence. You'll play a vital role in managing workforce attendance, supporting recruitment activities, maintaining compliance, and delivering exceptional service to both clients and workers.
The Role
As an Onsite Operations Coordinator, you will work closely with the Area Operations Manager and wider onsite team to ensure staffing requirements are met, workers are supported, and client expectations are consistently exceeded. You will be the key link between workers, clients, and internal teams, helping to maintain workforce stability and operational performance while ensuring all processes are completed accurately and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Operational Delivery & Workforce Management
- Support daily staffing and fulfilment requirements to meet client demands and service level agreements.
- Monitor worker attendance, shift allocation, punctuality, and reliability.
- Address staffing shortages proactively by engaging available workers and escalating issues when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance and workforce activity.
- Worker Engagement & Support
- Act as the primary point of contact for agency workers on-site.
- Build strong relationships to improve engagement, retention, and attendance.
- Manage worker queries, concerns, and issues professionally and efficiently.
- Support onboarding and induction processes for new starters.
- Client Communication
- Provide regular updates on attendance, fulfilment levels, and operational performance.
- Respond promptly to client requests and queries.
- Support the Area Operations Manager in maintaining strong client relationships.
- Systems & Administration
- Use workforce management and communication platforms to coordinate workers and track activity.
- Maintain accurate records across all systems, including compliance and attendance data.
- Ensure all communications and activities are properly recorded and auditable.
- Compliance
- Complete Right to Work checks and ensure all worker documentation remains up to date.
- Support compliance audits and maintain accurate records.
- Work in line with GDPR, Agency Worker Regulations (AWR), and Working Time Regulations.
