Onsite Recruitment Administrator
Location: Rugby, Coventry & Nuneaton Pay: Up to GBP13.50 per hour DOE Hours: Flexible any 8 hours between 9am and 8pm Contract Type: Temp to Perm
About the Role
We're looking for an organised and proactive Onsite Recruitment Administrator to join our team, supporting recruitment operations across our Rugby, Coventry & Nuneaton sites. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills who thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment, with genuine potential to move into a permanent position.
Key Responsibilities
- Review job applications
- Coordinate and book inductions based on business requirements
- Deliver onsite inductions and site walkarounds
- Manage candidate onboarding from start to finish
- Ensure candidates remain fully compliant throughout their journey
- Update rota and workforce management systems
- Maintain and update trackers
- Complete general administrative tasks as required
- Support the operations team during annual leave and busy periods
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in recruitment, administration or customer service
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Confident communicator, comfortable delivering inductions and speaking with candidates face-to-face
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work well under pressure
- IT literate, with experience using rota/workforce management systems (or willingness to learn)
- Flexible approach to working hours between 9am and 8pm
