The Opportunity
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Scheduling Manager to join a well-established property services contractor. This is a key leadership role based in Stratford, overseeing a team of up to 10 schedulers. The successful candidate will play a vital part in driving performance, improving processes, and ensuring efficient delivery of repairs and maintenance services.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, manage and develop a team of up to 10 schedulers
- Oversee day-to-day planning and scheduling of responsive repairs
- Step in to support planning activities when required
- Drive team performance against KPIs and service targets
- Manage sickness, absence, and performance issues effectively
- Implement and improve scheduling processes and ways of working
- Act as a strong people manager, fostering a positive and productive team culture
- Work closely with operational teams to ensure service efficiency
- Contribute to continuous improvement and change initiatives
Essential Requirements
- Proven experience in a scheduling/planning environment within property services or social housing
