Winner Recruitment are seeking a motivated and experienced Driving Recruitment Consultant to join our busy and growing Coventry team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a background in recruitment—particularly within the driving or logistics sector—who thrives in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit, onboard, and manage a pool of professional HGV and LGV drivers across multiple client sites.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring all staffing requirements and KPIs are consistently met.
• Handle all aspects of compliance, including right-to-work checks, licence validation, and working time regulations.
• Liaise closely with payroll to ensure accurate and timely processing for all drivers.
• Work collaboratively with the wider team to identify business opportunities and support company growth.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience in recruitment (driving, industrial, or logistics sectors preferred).
• Strong knowledge of HGV driver regulations and transport industry compliance.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
