On behalf of our valued client, WINNER Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Construction Site Manager to run a carpark refurbishment contract in Lancaster (LA1) starting on the 26th October.
As a Site Manager working on this project, your duties would include but not limited to:
Supervision and Management of direct and sub-contracted labour
Daily and weekly site paperwork
Regular meetings and being first point of contact for the client
Ensuring health and safety regulations are followed always
The ideal candidate will have extensive construction management experience, and experience working within the Concrete / Structural Repairs industry would be advantageous, the ideal candidate would hold:
Valid CSCS Card (Gold or Black Card)
SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme)
First Aid
