We are currently looking for experienced Reach Truck Drivers to join a busy and well-established operation in Northamptonshire. This is a fantastic opportunity for drivers seeking stable, ongoing work, with immediate starts available.
As part of the warehouse team, you will play a key role in ensuring the safe and efficient movement of stock within a high-racking environment.
Key Responsibilities- Operating Reach Trucks safely and efficiently
- Moving, loading, and unloading goods within racking locations
- Maintaining accuracy when handling inventory
- Supporting warehouse operations to meet daily targets
- Adhering to all health & safety standards at all times
- A valid Reach Truck licence
- Minimum 1 year of Reach Truck experience
- Proven experience working in a high-racking warehouse environment
- Good attention to detail and a strong work ethic
- Ability to work PM or night shifts consistently
- Bendi (Flexi) licence is beneficial but not essential — training or upskilling opportunities may be available for the right candidate.
- Immediate starts available in April & May
