About the Role
Winner Recruitment is seeking a proactive, results-driven Driving Account Coordinator to join our Driving Division. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about recruitment, thrives on client interaction, and has exceptional attention to detail. This role covers the full recruitment cycle — from sourcing and compliance through to planning and payroll.
Key Responsibilities
- Advertise vacancies and proactively source and screen candidates
- Ensure all drivers are fully compliant prior to their start date
- Monitor and ensure adherence to Working Time Directive regulations
- Plan and coordinate driver schedules in line with client requirements
- Liaise closely with the transport team to fully understand operational needs
- Deliver exceptional service to maximise business opportunities, including strategic oversupply where appropriate
- Conduct regular client meetings to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with both client contacts and agency drivers
- Keep workforce management systems accurate and up to date to maintain compliance
- Accurately complete and submit weekly timesheets to ensure timely and correct driver pay, minimising queries
What We're Looking For
- Experience within driving or industrial recruitment (preferred)
- Strong understanding of compliance and workforce planning
- Excellent communication and client relationship management skills
- High level of organisation and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
