About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Experience Specialist to join a busy corporate office environment based in Kings Cross (N1C), London. This is a front-facing role where you will help create an exceptional workplace experience for employees, visitors, and guests. You will be the go-to person for workplace support, ensuring the office runs smoothly while delivering outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service to employees, visitors, and guests
- Welcome visitors and manage reception services
- Coordinate meeting rooms, bookings, and workplace logistics
- Manage shared inboxes and respond to workplace enquiries
- Support office facilities and day-to-day workplace operations
- Conduct regular workplace inspections and maintain high workplace standards
- Manage stationery orders and office supplies
- Support catering and workplace events when required
- Liaise with internal teams and external service providers
- Ensure health and safety procedures are followed and maintained
- Assist with reporting and general administration
- Provide local area information and support to employees and visitors
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 2 years' experience within a customer service, reception, hospitality, workplace experience, or facilities environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
- Passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences
- Confident using Microsoft Office and workplace systems
- Professional, approachable, and adaptable
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of health and safety practices is desirable
