A day in the life of an FLT Counterbalance Driver will involve safely operating a counterbalance forklift, moving and handling pallets, loading and unloading goods, and supporting the smooth running of warehouse operations. This role requires someone with previous FLT experience who is confident working in a busy warehouse environment and has experience manoeuvring and moving pallets safely. Attention to detail, good communication, and a strong focus on health and safety are essential, as you will play an important role in ensuring stock is moved efficiently and accurately. You will be expected to follow site procedures and maintain high standards at all times.

Work Location: LE67 1TA – Coalville

Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday 14:00 - 22:00

Pay: £13.50 per hour

Requirements:

  • Valid Counterbalance licence
  • Previous experience in required
  • Previous experience moving and handling pallets required
  • Confident operating a forklift in a busy warehouse environment
  • Good understanding of health and safety procedures
  • Reliability and punctuality
