Our client, a well-established and expanding building services company, is looking for a knowledgeable HVAC Engineer to join their Leeds-based team. You will be working across 29 student accommodation sites in the north of England performing planned and reactive maintenance.

The Role:

  • Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on HVAC systems, with a strong focus on commercial plant room equipment such as boilers, pumps, and ventilation units.
  • Diagnosing and rectifying faults across heating and cooling systems.
  • Ensuring work is carried out to the highest safety and compliance standards.
  • Providing excellent service to clients across a range of commercial sites.

Requirements:

  • Proven background as a HVAC Engineer, particularly within plant room environments.
  • F-Gas certification – essential.
  • Experience with fault finding, repair, and maintenance of HVAC systems.
  • Electrical isolation and rectification skills – highly desirable.
  • NVQ Level 2/3 in HVAC or Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent).
  • Full UK driving licence.
