Our client, a well-established and expanding building services company, is looking for a knowledgeable HVAC Engineer to join their Leeds-based team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a business that supports progression and invests in its people. You will be working across 29 student accommodation sites in the north of England performing planned and reactive maintenance.
The Role:
- Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on HVAC systems, with a strong focus on commercial plant room equipment such as boilers, pumps, and ventilation units.
- Diagnosing and rectifying faults across heating and cooling systems.
- Ensuring work is carried out to the highest safety and compliance standards.
- Providing excellent service to clients across a range of commercial sites.
Requirements:
- Proven background as a HVAC Engineer, particularly within plant room environments.
- F-Gas certification – essential.
- Experience with fault finding, repair, and maintenance of HVAC systems.
- Electrical isolation and rectification skills – highly desirable.
- NVQ Level 2/3 in HVAC or Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent).
- Full UK driving licence.
