About the Role

We are currently recruiting for a Fleet Administrator to join a busy Fleet Department based in Oldbury (B69 4DA).

This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and detail-oriented individual with previous administrative experience.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing vehicle-related documentation and ensuring all driver-related records are maintained accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Processing speeding tickets, parking fines, and other vehicle-related notices.
  • Identifying and assigning fines and penalties to the correct driver.
  • Maintaining accurate fleet and driver records.
  • Liaising with drivers and internal departments to resolve queries.
  • Ensuring all documentation is processed accurately and within required timescales.
  • Supporting the Fleet Department with general administrative duties.
  • Updating internal systems and databases with relevant information.

Requirements

  • Previous administration experience is essential.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good organisational and time management skills.
  • Confident communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Competent in Microsoft Office and general computer systems.
  • Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively.
