About the Role
We are currently recruiting for a Fleet Administrator to join a busy Fleet Department based in Oldbury (B69 4DA).
This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and detail-oriented individual with previous administrative experience.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing vehicle-related documentation and ensuring all driver-related records are maintained accurately and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Processing speeding tickets, parking fines, and other vehicle-related notices.
- Identifying and assigning fines and penalties to the correct driver.
- Maintaining accurate fleet and driver records.
- Liaising with drivers and internal departments to resolve queries.
- Ensuring all documentation is processed accurately and within required timescales.
- Supporting the Fleet Department with general administrative duties.
- Updating internal systems and databases with relevant information.
Requirements
- Previous administration experience is essential.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good organisational and time management skills.
- Confident communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Competent in Microsoft Office and general computer systems.
- Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively.
