Powder Coater Location: Halifax (HX1) Pay: £15.50 per hour Hours: 39 hours per week Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Winner Recruitment is currently recruiting for experienced Powder Coaters to join an established industrial manufacturing business based in Halifax. The successful candidates will work within a busy industrial coating operation, applying high-quality powder finishes to a wide variety of metal products, ranging from small nuts and bolts through to large steel frames. There are potentially two positions available. Key Responsibilities: Preparing metal components ready for coating. Carrying out etch priming, priming and top coating processes. Operating powder coating equipment. Working on either a conveyor line or using box ovens. Applying coatings to components of varying sizes. Ensuring consistent coverage and a high-quality finish. Inspecting completed work and maintaining quality standards. The Ideal Candidate: Previous powder coating experience is essential. Knowledge of etch priming, priming and top coating. Experience working with both small and large metal components. Good understanding of industrial coating processes. Strong attention to detail and quality. Working Hours: Monday–Thursday: 06:00–14:30 Friday: 06:00–13:00 39 hours per week. Overtime may be required during busy periods, including Saturday mornings, paid at time and a half (1.5).
