On-site Coordinator in Great Wyrley

Location: Cannock, WS11 8LD ️ Working hours: 16:00–00:00  Pay: £13.84–£14.35 per hour, depending on experience About the role WINNER Recruitment is looking for an organised and proactive On-Site Coordinator to support our busy operation in Cannock. You’ll manage daily staffing, check in workers, support agency workers and work closely with the client and on-site team. You’ll also manage the full recruitment process, from sourcing candidates through to onboarding and ongoing worker support. Key responsibilities Manage workforce bookings and shift allocations, and check in workers as they arrive on site. Monitor attendance, replace cancellations and help resolve staffing shortages. Work towards daily staffing and fulfilment KPIs. Source, screen and interview candidates to meet staffing requirements. Complete recruitment, right-to-work and compliance checks, and coordinate inductions and onboarding. Support workers with queries and communicate shift information clearly. Liaise with the client about daily staffing needs and provide recruitment updates. Manage holiday requests and maintain accurate worker records. Keep internal systems up to date and monitor PPE and office supplies. What we’re looking for Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Confidence using computer systems and speaking with people by phone and in person. The ability to make decisions and prioritise tasks in a busy environment. A helpful, professional approach to workers, clients and colleagues. Experience in recruitment, administration, customer service or operations is desirable.
