We are recruiting for an experienced Multi-Trade Electrical Engineer to join a well-established Facilities Management (FM) provider, delivering maintenance services across a varied portfolio of commercial properties. This is a mobile role offering a great mix of electrical work alongside general building maintenance.
The Role
- You will be responsible for delivering both planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive works, ensuring client sites are safe, compliant, and fully operational.
Key Responsibilities
- Carrying out PPM and reactive electrical maintenance
- Fault finding, testing, and minor installation works
- Supporting with general FM tasks including basic plumbing, carpentry, and fabric repairs
- Responding to breakdowns and completing repairs in a timely manner
- Ensuring compliance with health & safety and statutory regulations
- Building strong relationships with clients on-site
Requirements
- NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation (or equivalent)
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
- Experience working within Facilities Management / Building Services
- Multi-trade experience (fabric, plumbing, basic carpentry)
- Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
- Full UK driving licence
