We are recruiting for an experienced Multi-Trade Electrical Engineer to join a well-established Facilities Management (FM) provider, delivering maintenance services across a varied portfolio of commercial properties. This is a mobile role offering a great mix of electrical work alongside general building maintenance.

The Role

  • You will be responsible for delivering both planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive works, ensuring client sites are safe, compliant, and fully operational.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carrying out PPM and reactive electrical maintenance
  • Fault finding, testing, and minor installation works
  • Supporting with general FM tasks including basic plumbing, carpentry, and fabric repairs
  • Responding to breakdowns and completing repairs in a timely manner
  • Ensuring compliance with health & safety and statutory regulations
  • Building strong relationships with clients on-site

Requirements

  • NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation (or equivalent)
  • 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
  • Experience working within Facilities Management / Building Services
  • Multi-trade experience (fabric, plumbing, basic carpentry)
  • Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
  • Full UK driving licence
