FLT Counterbalance & Reach Driver – Rugby Location: Rugby Shift: Afternoon shift, 13:00–21:00 Pay Rate: £14.75 per hour Start Date: Immediate We are currently recruiting for experienced FLT Counterbalance & Reach Drivers to join our team in Rugby on a long-term basis. The Role As an FLT Driver, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient movement of goods around the warehouse and yard, ensuring products are handled and stored correctly. Key Responsibilities Operating Counterbalance and Reach FLTs safely and efficiently Loading and unloading vehicles Moving and storing stock within the warehouse Picking and preparing goods for dispatch Completing relevant paperwork and warehouse records Following all site health & safety procedures Maintaining a clean and organised working environment Requirements Valid Counterbalance and Reach FLT licences/certificates Previous warehouse and FLT experience Good understanding of health & safety procedures Reliable, punctual and hardworking Ability to work independently and as part of a team What We Offer £14.75 per hour 13:00–21:00 afternoon shift Immediate start Work based in Rugby Opportunity for ongoing work If you are an experienced Counterbalance & Reach Driver and are available for an immediate start, apply today
