Factory Operative

FACTORY OPERATIVE

Due to growth, we are looking for Factory / Production Operatives for one of our clients based in Wolverhampton. This is a great opportunity to join a well-established company.

This will be a temporary to permanent role working full-time Day shift hours:

Monday – Thursday 7.00am – 4.30pm and Friday 7.00am – 2.30pm.

You will need a full clean driving licence for this role due to any van duties that need covering.

Duties Will Include:

• Working on a fast-paced production line
• Following instructions specific to client needs and requirements
• Using hand tools and machinery
• Working knowledge of health and safety and good housekeeping
• Quality checking and inspecting orders
• Any other general factory duties

Experience and Skills Required for This Role Include:

• Previous experience of working in a factory or shop floor
• Full clean driving licence
• Self-motivated and eager to learn
• Good communication and organisational skills
• Excellent attention to detail

• Strong team player who can work well under pressure
• Able to meet deadlines and prioritise your workload effectively
• Strong work ethic
• Good understanding of English, both written and spoken
