Hours: 08:30 β 17:00, Monday to Friday
Location: Gillingham (office based)
Salary Range: Β£35,000 β Β£45,000 dependent on experience

What you will be doing
As an Estimator, you will be responsible for preparing cost estimates for both new installations and remedial works across a variety of services and projects.
Key responsibilities include:

Preparing detailed cost estimates for construction and M&E projects

Interpreting site reports, drawings, and client requirements

Liaising with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive pricing

Supporting tender submissions and producing proposal documentation

Collaborating with project managers for smooth project handovers

Keeping up to date with industry regulations, standards, and best practices
