Winner Education are working with a secondary school in Great Barr who are seeking a dedicated English Teacher to start as soon as possible. This is a full-time role for the academic year, teaching English across Key Stages 3 and 4, helping students develop their reading, writing, and analytical skills, and prepare for their GCSE exams.
What You\’ll Do
- Deliver engaging English lessons across reading, writing, and literature
- Support student progress and exam preparation
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Monitor and assess achievement, giving regular feedback
- Work with the department to uphold curriculum standards
What We\’re Looking For
- Recent experience teaching English in a UK secondary school
- Confidence teaching up to GCSE level
- QTS or an English-related degree with teaching experience
- Strong behaviour management and communication skills
