Winner Recruitment has an excellent opportunity for an Account Coordinator looking to take their next step and join a successful and award‑winning team. Winner Recruitment is a privately owned recruitment specialist UK company that has several clients across the UK within a variety of different sectors.
Shift and Salary: Wednesday to Saturday, 4 x 10 hour shift – 08:00 to 18:00, £28,000 per year. This role requires travel between Warrington, Bolton, Crewe and Tyneside, with mileage reimbursed for journeys outside of the primary location.
Job Description:
- Remotely manage and recruit for multiple clients and locations, taking ownership of building effective client relationships and operational delivery.
- Overachieving KPIs.
- Oversee and manage the daily implementation of the operational plan.
- Regularly update the Regional Operations Manager with risks and potential opportunities.
- Build strong client relationships and create a positive client perception of Winner Recruitment.
- Fully understand client requirements and ensure fulfilment is consistently achieved.
- Recruit drivers and warehouse colleagues to fulfil client requirements.
- Plan and organise the assessment and induction process for all workers.
- Accountable for overall compliance at sites and ensuring contingency plans are in place.
- Manage staff issues including absence, pay queries, performance and retention.
- Undertake investigations and conduct disciplinary/grievances as required.
- Attend weekly meetings with key stakeholders within the client’s leadership team to review performance and delivery.
- Plan and organise the induction process for new starters, including a meet and greet and issuance of welcome packs/uniforms.
- Responsible for accurate accident reporting and any insurance/claim issues that may arise.
- Act in a calm, professional, and proactive manner, portraying a respectable image of Winner Recruitment’s values.
- Take a flexible approach to working arrangements, particularly regarding re‑assignment of duties during colleague absences or peak periods, including bank holidays.
Onsite Coordinator Requirements:
- Travel to multiple client locations at least 2‑3 times per week across the central region.
- Full UK driving licence and own vehicle.
- Experience building effective client relationships at all levels.
- Demonstrated success in managing and delivering results.
- Experience with various reporting and forecasting tools.
- Strong people‑management skills, enjoys challenges and working to targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to establish rapport with stakeholders at all organisational levels.
