Are you a Newly Qualified Primary ECT looking to start supply work in September 2025 but not sure if you want a perm role straight away? Why choose Supply It? It gives you the chance to work in several schools and get a feel for them before committing to a long-term or permanent role.

Winner Education will support you along the way until you\’re ready to find a perm role.

We are actively seeking enthusiastic ECTs for day-to-day supply across schools in Birmingham and surrounding areas.

We work closely with a variety of welcoming and supportive primary schools across Birmingham, who are willing to book eager ECTs for supply work starting in September 2025.
