Winner Education are seeking an experienced Cover Supervisor to work in an Alternative Provision school in based in Telford. We are looking to appoint the successful candidate on a long-term basis to start immediately. This school cater for children with SEMH needs and challenging behaviours.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Carry about class teacher responsibilities
- Deliver GCSE and BTEC curriculum
- Encourage a positive, stimulating and inclusive learning environment
- Provide regular learner assessments and progress reports
- Uphold the highest standards of safeguarding and student welfare
The successful Cover Supervisor must:
- Have previous experience within secondary schools
- Hold a QTS or equivalent qualification
- Have previous experience within sports
- Demonstrate strong classroom and behaviour management skills
- Form excellent relationships with the school team and pupil parents
- Show strong resilience and patience
