Warehouse Operative - Parcel Sorting

We're recruiting on behalf of our client, a busy parcel delivery company, for reliable Warehouse Operatives to join their team in Coventry.
The Role
As a Warehouse Operative, you'll be part of a fast-paced team responsible for sorting parcels and keeping the warehouse running smoothly. Duties include:
- Sorting parcels accurately and efficiently
- Loading and unloading stock
- Keeping your work area clean, safe and organised
- Meeting productivity targets during your shift
Shifts & Pay
- Day shift:11:00am - 7:00pm — £12.71 per hour
- Night shift:7:00pm - 3:00am — £13.21 per hour
What We're Looking For
- Reliable and punctual
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good teamwork and communication skills
- Previous warehouse experience is helpful but not essential — full training provided
