The Role
We’re recruiting for an experienced Commercial Gas Engineer to join a leading FM service provider, supporting high-end commercial properties in and around Mayfair. You’ll work within a tight 3-mile radius, responding to PPM and reactive maintenance across prestigious commercial sites, luxury offices, retail, and hospitality venues.
Duties include:
- PPM and reactive works on commercial boilers and heating systems
- Fault finding, repairs and replacement of parts/components
- Minor plumbing works when required
- Completion of gas safety certification and compliance documentation
- Working collaboratively with helpdesk & clients to deliver excellent service
- Participation on a 1-in-4 call-out rota
Requirements:
- Commercial Gas ACS qualifications (COCN1/CCN1 + relevant modules)
- Experience working on commercial heating systems
- Strong diagnosis and fault-finding skills
- Full UK driving licence
- Right to work in the UK
Package/Benefits:
- £48,000–£55,000 base salary
