Are you an experienced Receptionist looking for a new opportunity in Shrewsbury? Winner Recruitment are working closely with a large Facilities Management service provider who are looking to recruit for a Receptionist within Shrewsbury. The role is full time working Monday - Friday 8am-5:00pm. You will be required to start ASAP.

Responsibilities:

  • Greeting and welcoming visitors in a professional and friendly manner
  • Answering and directing phone calls and emails
  • Managing bookings, appointments, and visitor sign-ins
  • Handling basic administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence
  • Maintaining a clean, tidy, and welcoming front-of-house area
  • Assisting other team members with ad-hoc administrative duties
  • Providing excellent customer service at all times
