Are you a passionate and dedicated SEN Teacher looking for full-time work in Frodsham (WA6)? Winner Education are seeking experienced SEN Teachers to work across SEN schools and specialist provisions in the Frodsham (WA6) area. You will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons, supporting pupils with additional needs, and creating a safe and inclusive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and deliver tailored lessons to meet individual pupil needs
  • Support pupils with SEN including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and PMLD
  • Differentiate learning to ensure all pupils can access the curriculum
  • Implement and review EHCP targets and support plans
  • Manage behaviour positively and promote emotional wellbeing
  • Work closely with Teaching Assistants, SENCOs, and parents/carers
  • Create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment
  • Monitor and assess pupil progress effectively
Requirements:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
  • Previous experience teaching pupils with SEN
  • Strong understanding of additional needs and differentiated learning
  • Patient, adaptable, and resilient approach
  • Excellent communication and classroom management skills
