My client is looking for a Recruitment Delivery Consultant who shares their values, commitment to excellence, collaboration and accountability. You'll play a pivotal role in supporting their clients' long-term success, ensuring they have access to the specialist talent they need to achieve their objectives.
This is a varied and rewarding role where you'll work closely with our service delivery team to find the best talent for our clients' requirements. This will play an integral part in delivering high-quality talent solutions across the defence and security sector.
Duties:
Building comprehensive talent pools
· Building strong candidate relationships with candidates who work within secured environments
· Developing talent pipeline plans.
· Delivering contingent recruitment solutions to our service delivery team
· Building and maintaining strong relationships with senior stakeholders.
· Driving high-quality resourcing while identifying opportunities to add value and support clients' long-term goals.
· Ensuring an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
· Collaborating with internal teams to achieve successful delivery outcomes.
Experience required:
· Previous experience in a Recruitment Delivery Consultant, Candidate Resourcing, or similar delivery-focused recruitment role.
· Previous experience resourcing within IT environments
· Capacity planning, talent pooling and resourcing
· Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter
· Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
· The ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining excellent service levels.
· A proactive, consultative approach with a passion for delivering results. xsabvtc
