Job : On-site Account Coordinator Location : Cannock (on-site) Up to £14.00 per hour (DOE) Shift : 14:00 to 22:00 We're looking for an organised and motivated Onsite Account Coordinator to join our growing team and manage one of our key client accounts. The Role Based at our client's site in Cannock, you'll be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the account, maintaining excellent client relationships, and supporting our temporary workforce. Manage the day-to-day running of the onsite account. Recruit, induct and support temporary workers. Monitor KPIs and service levels. Handle worker queries, attendance, performance and retention. Provide regular updates to the Account Area Manager. Support the team during busy periods, weekends and bank holidays when required. Full UK driving licence and own vehicle. Previous experience in recruitment, onsite management or account management. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Confident using Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word. A positive attitude with a focus on delivering excellent customer service.
