Are you a Business Studies Teacher looking for your next long-term role in Birmingham?
Winner Education are working with a secondary school based in Great Barr who are seeking a motivated and dedicated Business Studies Teacher to start from the first week of January 2026. This is a full-time role for the academic year, teaching Business Studies across Key Stages 4 and 5, helping students prepare for their GCSEs and A-Level exams while developing their financial literacy, entrepreneurial skills, and understanding of the business world.
What You ll Do:
- Deliver engaging Business Studies lessons across topics such as finance, marketing, enterprise, and management
- Support students progress, exam preparation, and independent learning skills
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Monitor and assess student achievement, providing regular feedback
- Work with the department to uphold curriculum standards and promote a knowledge-rich programme
- Contribute to enrichment activities and support the school s business-related initiatives
What We re Looking For:
- Recent experience teaching Business Studies in a UK secondary school or Sixth Form
- Confidence teaching GCSE and/or A-Level Business Studies
- QTS or a Business-related degree with teaching experience
- Strong behaviour management and communication skills
- Passionate about inspiring students and developing real-world business skills
