Business Development Manager – Facilities Management
Location: London / Hybrid
Salary: £70,000–£75,000 + £8,000 Car Allowance + Commission
OTE: £100,000–£120,000

The Opportunity
We are working exclusively with a well-established, family-run facilities management business that has been operating successfully for over 20 years.
Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint an experienced Business Development Manager to join the team and take ownership of new business generation across the UK.
This is a genuine hunter role. We are looking for someone who thrives on winning new business, building relationships with senior decision-makers and converting opportunities into long-term FM contracts.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of securing hard and soft facilities management contracts, ideally across sectors such as retail, industrial, commercial and multi-site environments.
