We're looking for an enthusiastic Operational Supervisor to help drive our depot operations in Bridlington. You'll play a key role in keeping everything running efficiently, leading a hardworking team, and ensuring our customers receive the high-quality service they rely on.
- Support daily operations alongside the Operations Manager
- Lead your team on shift, maintaining productivity and resolving issues quickly
- Manage stock replenishment and rotation (FIFO) to reduce waste
- Oversee order picking and ensure efficiency and accuracy
- Load company vehicles for next-day deliveries
- Handle admin tasks and use systems (Accord & Crystal Reports) to track performance and stock
- Manage the trade counter, including cash handling and till reconciliation
- Maintain high standards in health & safety, compliance, and site cleanliness
- Support transport operations, including route planning and driver compliance
- Step up as deputy for the Operations Manager when needed
