We are currently recruiting for a Part-Time Class 1 Multi-Site Shunter Driver to work for a well-established and highly respected logistics operation based across Leeds LS10 and LS11. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Class 1 driver looking to top up their weekly income, achieve a better work-life balance, or work just two days per week while still earning excellent rates of pay.

Shift Pattern:

  • Saturday: 06:00 - 18:00
  • Sunday: 18:00 - 06:00

Pay Rates:

  • Saturday: £17.00 per hour
  • Sunday: £20.00 per hour

The Role:

This is a varied position involving approximately:

  • 50% yard shunting duties
  • 50% local road work

The driving element consists of short, local movements between sites and customer locations, with no long-distance trunking involved.

Requirements:

  • Valid Class 1 (C+E) Licence
  • Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph Card
  • Previous Class 1 driving experience
  • Comfortable with both yard shunting and on-road driving
  • Reliable, professional and safety-focused approach
  • No more than 6 points.
