Are you a qualified Primary Teacher looking for your next opportunity in a supportive Year 4 classroom in Kingstanding, B44 this September? Winner Education are working with a well-established primary school who are seeking a caring, enthusiastic, and dedicated Year 4 Teacher. This is a full-time position within a Year 4 class, supporting pupils through a key stage of their primary education and helping to create a positive, engaging, and inclusive learning environment.

What You'll Do

  • Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the Year 4 National Curriculum
  • Support pupils' academic progress, personal development, and wellbeing
  • Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive classroom environment
  • Assess, monitor, and track pupil progress in line with school expectations
  • Work closely with colleagues, parents, and the wider school community
  • Foster positive behaviour and encourage a love of learning

What We're Looking For

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or pending QTS; ECTs and experienced teachers are encouraged to apply
  • Recent experience teaching within a primary school setting, ideally Key Stage 2
  • A positive, nurturing, and engaging teaching style
  • Strong communication, organisation, and classroom management skills
  • A commitment to helping every child achieve their full potential
