Are you an experienced Receptionist looking for a new opportunity in Moseley? Winner Education are working closely with a school in Moseley in assisting them with the recruitment of a School Receptionist. The role is full time, 8:00-4:00pm per day. You will be required to start immediately on a long-term placement with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Previous experience using SIMS software system
- Managing visitors security/sign ins
- Overseeing student absence
- Provide general administrative support
- Answering, screening and directing telephone calls
The Successful School Receptionist will:
- Need to be highly organised
- Have excellent interpersonal skills
- Act as a welcoming, professional 'face' of the school
- Have previous school receptionist/administration experience
- Have proficient computer skills including experience with SIMS
- Demonstrate excellent verbal and written skills
