Job Description Fabric Engineer\n Pay Rate: £15.00 per hour PAYE Overtime: Paid at 1.5x and 2x standard hourly rate Shift Pattern: 4 on, 4 off (2 Days / 2 Nights) | 7:00am - 7:00pm / 7:00pm - 7:00am \Winner Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of a leading Facilities Management provider for a Fabric Engineer to join a busy, high-profile commercial site in Liverpool. \This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in fabric maintenance, handyman duties, general building maintenance or labouring who is looking to join a well-established business with excellent overtime opportunities. As a Fabric Engineer, you'll play a key role in ensuring the site is maintained to a high standard, supporting the wider engineering team with both planned and reactive maintenance. \Responding to reactive maintenance requests within the boilerhouse. \Carrying out general painting and decorating to maintain the facility. \Completing routine statutory monitoring and recording utility readings. \Maintaining accurate shift logs and maintenance records. \General cleaning and housekeeping within the boilerhouse. \Assisting Mechanical and Electrical Engineers with planned and reactive maintenance activities. \Answering maintenance calls and responding to site requests. \Supporting the Maintenance Supervisor with any additional maintenance tasks as required. \Previous experience as a Fabric Engineer, Handyman, Maintenance Operative, Caretaker, Building Maintenance Operative or similar. \General fabric maintenance skills, including basic repairs and painting & decorating. \Experience working within commercial, industrial or other high-profile environments. \A proactive attitude and willingness to support the wider maintenance team. \Full UK driving licence. \15.00 per hour PAYE \n ~ Excellent overtime rates and 2x \n ~ Permanent, full-time position. \4 on, 4 off shift pattern offering a great work-life balance. \Opportunity to join a leading Facilities Management company. \Ongoing training and career development opportunities. \If you're an experienced Fabric Engineer or have a background in general maintenance, handyman work or building maintenance, we'd love to hear from you. \
