Hours: Monday – Friday | Day Shifts
We are currently looking for experienced and professional RoRo Wagon & Drag Drivers to join our operation based at our Pollington depot. This role plays a key part in supporting our biomass fuel supply chain, helping deliver and collect materials that contribute to supplying almost 2 million tonnes of fuel annually to Energy Recovery Facilities throughout the UK. If you are safety-focused, reliable, and experienced operating RoRo equipment, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:- Operate RoRo Wagon & Drag vehicles safely and efficiently
- Complete skip exchanges using articulated RoRo hook loader vehicles
- Collect and deliver containers in accordance with operational schedules
- Carry out daily vehicle inspections and complete paperwork using mobile applications
- Work closely with Transport Planners and Operations teams to ensure smooth communication
- Maintain high standards of compliance, safety, and professionalism at all times
- Follow Drivers' Hours Regulations and Working Time Directive requirements
- Represent the business professionally while maintaining vehicle cleanliness and care
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and training requirements
- Valid LGV C+E (Class 1) licence with a maximum of 6 penalty points
- Valid Driver Qualification Card (DQC) and Digital Tachograph Card
- Strong understanding of UK road networks
- Good knowledge of EU Drivers' Hours legislation and Working Time Directive
- Previous experience operating RoRo Wagon & Drag vehicles preferred
- Professional attitude with strong safety awareness
