What You'll Be Doing
- Learning the full 360 recruitment process: sourcing, screening, and placing candidates
- Making outbound calls to build relationships with new and existing clients
- Advertising vacancies and headhunting suitable candidates
- Interviewing and shortlisting candidates for live roles
- Building your own desk and client base with support from experienced consultants
- Working towards personal and team targets
- Learning the ropes of negotiation, offer management, and closing deals
What We're Looking For
- Confident, articulate, and personable - you'll be on the phone a lot

- A strong work ethic and genuine desire to build a career, not just take a job
- Previous experience in sales, retail, hospitality, or customer service is a big plus (but not essential)
