Associate Salary: £65,000 – £72,500 DOE Cambridge - Office Based. About the Role We are looking for an experienced and motivated Associate to play a key role in the continued growth and success of our client based in Cambridge. The role combines technical delivery, project leadership, team management, client relationships and business development . You will be responsible for leading projects from inception through to completion, ensuring they are delivered to a high technical and commercial standard, while also developing new opportunities and strengthening existing client relationships. As an Associate, you will also have an important role in supporting and developing the wider team. This includes mentoring junior colleagues, managing workloads and resources, providing technical guidance and helping team members achieve their professional and career goals. You will be expected to contribute to the commercial performance of the business through effective project management, financial control, invoicing and debt management, while maintaining the high standards and reputation of our client.
